By way of illustration if the Net Proceeds are £625k then the Donation to the Charity would be £500k and Omaze retain the difference. Net Proceeds means your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the costs of marketing, advertising and operating the Prize Draw.
